Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Voxiru, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Voxiru is an AI-powered image processing tool that transforms product photos into professional e-commerce images. Features include background removal, upscaling, recoloring, and background replacement.
2. Your Account
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. One free trial per email address and per IP address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Your Images
You retain full ownership of all images you upload and download. You grant Voxiru a temporary license to process your images through our AI pipeline. We do not use your images to train AI models. Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 48 hours after processing. Processed images are available for 30 days then deleted. You must have the right to use any image you upload.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
Subscriptions are billed monthly or at the selected billing period. Image credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over (except top-up packs). You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Top-Up Packs
Top-up image packs never expire and carry over month to month. Top-up credits are consumed after your monthly subscription credits are exhausted. Top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Voxiru to process images that depict nudity, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence, or are used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. All uploaded images are automatically scanned for explicit content before processing. Repeated violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Advertising
Free plan users will see a single advertisement banner on the dashboard. Paid subscribers have a completely ad-free experience. We use Google Ads for this purpose.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, affected users will receive credit equal to the downtime period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Voxiru is provided as is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
10. Intellectual Property
Voxiru's platform, logo, code, and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. For users in Egypt, Egyptian law applies where not in conflict.
