Our Commitment

We want you to be happy with Voxiru. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date.

You can cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops.

We do not charge cancellation fees.

Example

You pay on the 1st. You cancel on the 10th. You keep full access until the end of the month. No charge next month.

First-Time Subscribers — 3-Day Guarantee

If you are a first-time paid subscriber and are not satisfied, contact us within 3 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund — provided you have used 10% or less of your monthly image quota.

Used 10% or less — full refund

Used more than 10% — not eligible for refund

Example

Starter plan = 50 images. 10% = 5 images. If you processed 5 or fewer images, you qualify. If you processed 6 or more, the refund does not apply.

This applies once per customer, on the first subscription only.

Top-Up Packs

Top-up packs are non-refundable once purchased.

They never expire and carry over, so there is no rush to use them.

When We Will Always Refund

Duplicate charge — billed twice for the same period: full refund of the duplicate charge

Extended outage — service unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault: prorated refund for the exact downtime period

Charged after cancellation — full refund of any charge that occurred after your cancellation date

How to Request a Refund

Email team@voxiru.com with:

— Your account email

— The charge date and amount

— Reason for the refund request

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
